New Player Bonus Terms And Conditions

1. The William Hill Casino New Player Bonus promotion (the "Promotion") is promoted, operated and hosted at  www.williamhillcasino.com (the "Website"), by William Hill (Gibraltar) Limited ("William Hill") a limited company registered in and operating from Gibraltar. It is a condition of entry of the Promotion that these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") together with the terms and conditions of the Website (together referred to as the "Promotion Terms") are accepted, and by entering into the Promotion the entrant accepts and agrees to abide by the Promotion Terms. In the case of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Website terms and conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
2. William Hill shall not be liable for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network conditions which may limit or prohibit ability to enter or participate in the Promotion. William Hill shall not be liable for damage, or loss or injury resulting from entry to the Promotion, failure to win, acceptance or use of any prize, but nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from William Hill's own negligence.
3. Each bonus is available only once per end user per calendar month. The identity of an end user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/charge card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.

If, upon such review, it appears that end users or any one or combination of them are participating in strategies which William Hill and/or its authorised agent in their sole discretion deem to be collusion, unlawful or improper activity, or any form of fraudulent practice, William Hill and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such end user(s) to the Promotion
9. In the event of any decision or dispute regarding to the validity of any entry, the eligibility of any entrant and the eligibility for the Promotion, the decision of William Hill will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
10. These Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. The entrant irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
