General Promotion Terms And Conditions
Promotions are intended as a bonus to loyal players, and to attract new end users to the Casino.
The Casino encourages end users to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Any abuse of a promotion that comes to the attention of the Casino may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotion, and any winnings derived from that promotion may be withheld by the Casino. Our definition of abuse by end users includes, but is not entirely made up of, making use of promotional offers such a match deposits without ever risking their own funds.
- Each promotion is available only once per end user. The identity of an end user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/charge card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required. Where multiple participation is permitted, the Casino and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to limit the number of bonuses that may be given to any one participant
- The Casino and/or its authorised agent may, in their sole discretion, limit the eligibility of end users or of any one end user to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of end users to participate in promotions
- The Casino and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice to end users, using reasonable efforts to provide such notice in advance.
- The Casino and/or its authorised agent shall not be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by end users
- Promotions are intended to be used in the calendar month in which they are given. The Casino and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to remove promotional funds if the promotion requirements are not fulfilled within the same month, or in the event of account inactivity
- The Casino and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that end users or any one or combination of them are participating in strategies which the Casino and/or its authorised agent in their sole discretion deem to be abusive, the Casino and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such end user(s) to the promotion
- In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Casino will be considered final
- Only users with no outstanding bonus balance will be eligble to receive further bonuses
- Bets on Roulette, Baccarat, Punto Banco and Craps will not contribute to the bonus turn requirement
- Until you have met the bonus wagering requirement, you will not be able to withdraw any winnings from bonus funds out of your casino account
- All Bonus promotions are converted into cash at the discretion of William Hill and do not necessarily equate to a monetary value
- Any unmet bonus turn requirement may be rolled over to subsequent months
