Roulette Rules
In European and American Roulette there are a number of different ways to place bets. Each kind of bet covers a different set of numbers and is distributed in a different way across the board. See the 'Winnings Table' below for the payouts of each kind of bet. Place a chip on the center of any number on the board to bet on it, this includes 0 and 00 in American Roulette. Each Roulette table will display a maximum for this kind of bet. Two bet on two numbers at once, place a chip on the line dividing them. This maximum for this bet is double that of the Straight Up bet. A row of three numbers is called 'a street'. To bet on a street place a chip on the boundary line at the end of the row. The maximum bet for a Street Bet is three times that of the Straight Up bet. To bet on four numbers place your chips on the corner where all four meet. The maximum for a Corner Bet is four times that of the Straight Up bet. To bet on the numbers 0, 1, 2 and 3 place your chip on the boundary line where the first row and the line between 0 meet it. The maximum bet for a Four Bet is four times that of the Straight up bet. To bet on 0, 00, 1, 2 and 3 place you chips on the boundary line where the first row and the line between 0 intersect it. The maximum bet for a Five Bet is five times that of the Straight Up bet. To bet on two streets (that is six different numbers in two rows of three numbers) place your chips where the line dividing the two rows intersect the boundary line. The maximum bet for a Line Bet is six times that of the Straight Up bet. At the end of each column of numbers there are three boxes each labeled '2 to 1'. To place a bet on all numbers in a column just place your chips in the box at the end of it. The maximum bet for a Column Bet is ten times that of the Straight Up bet. To bet on a group of twelve number place your chips in one of the three boxes marked '1st 12', '2nd 12' or '3rd 12'. The maximum bet for a Dozen Bet is ten times that of the Straight Up bet. Each box along the long side of the Roulette table covers half of the numbers (18) on the table (not including 0 or 00 (in American Roulette)). To bet on one of them just place you chips in the corresponding box. The maximum bet is twenty times that of the Straight Up bet. The table will indicate a minimum betting value, all your bets on available positions must be at least equal to this value. The results of the last 13 spins of the wheel can be seen in the winning number display.
