To begin the game click on the chips which represent the value of the ante you wish to place. To remove chips from the ante simply right click on the ones on the table.

Placing a Progressive Jackpot Side Bet: It is possible to place a progressive jackpot side bet, to do this click on the coin slot which is above the ante field on the card table. Once you have done this the blinking light above the slot will turn green. The bet costs $1 out of which a predefined percentage is placed in the progressive jackpot pool. If your hand produces a flush or higher then you win a proportion of the jackpot, to find out how much please refer to the winnings table on the left-hand side of the playing area. The current size of the jackpot is displayed on the left hand side of the table.

Next click on 'Deal' and your cards will be dealt. You will receive a five card hand all face-up. There are no additional cards dealt in this round of the game.

You must choose whether to stay in or fold. Clicking on the 'Fold' button will cause you to lose your ante and withdraw from this round of the game.

Click on 'Call' to stay in the game. You can then double the amount of your ante to the bet. At this point the dealer’s cards are turned over for everyone to see. If the dealer’s hand does not include an Ace/King combination or higher the dealer does not qualify, you win even money (1:1) on the ante and any additional bets are returned to you.

Should the dealer’s hand include a combination which is higher than yours you will lose both the ante and your additional bet.

If the dealer’s hand includes an Ace/King or higher combination but your hand is still worth more, you will win even money on the ante and an amount of the additional bet depending on the winnings table jackpot.

It is possible to win the progressive Jackpot in this game. A small percentage of each bet is placed in this game (across many online casinos) is placed into the progressive pot. When a player produces the right hand they will either win the entire jackpot or in some games a proportion of it.

After each Jackpot win a new pot is started, the casinos will contribute a minimum amount known as a seed to ensure that there is always a significant amount in the pot.

Each game has its own jackpot attached to it which is contributed to by all casinos offering the game.

Please note:

In certain games it is necessary to make a specific bet in order to be eligible for the Jackpot. If you are disconnected in the middle of a game then your game will not affect the value of the jackpot. The state of play is stored by the casino and next time you login you will be able to finish your round with the same odds and without placing a new bet.
